I was at the concert. The concert over ran by quite a bit and it was difficult getting back to where we were staying (Kensington). We stopped of in a late night café for something to eat. It was packed with people from the concert watching the USA side of the gig on a TV. Most were asleep at the tables. A long day!!!!

The world needs this right now! I'm not even going to bring it up but seeing the way Paul always puts smiles on peoples faces and puts on the greatest performance every time he graces the stage and fully supports and makes everyone around him shine. As the listener you reap this reward most and feel it as abundantly as the musicians. I'm grateful that I got to see Sir Paul live.THE MOST INCREDIBLE show I've ever seen. Neil Young's Bridge School Concert, I believe it was 1993. It was an all day show with a bunch of bands I didnt care about seeing. Well, about 10 pm, Tony Bennett came on, PHENOMENAL!!! McCartney came out and did a song with him, and after that, everybody that had the good seats (I was up on the lawn in the mud) left, I guess because they thought that's all they would see of McCartney. Well. About midnight, Sir Paul came on and did an entire set, mostly classic Beatles songs. Since most of the crowd had split, I now could see the stage much closer, and Holy Shit. I cant even articulate how incredible it was to see him.
