As a fellow scouser, same age as Paul, I distinctly remember making jam tarts with my mum too, ah those were the days, I can see that jam bubbling away now as they came out of the oven and I couldn’t wait to tuck in…simple but amazing 😊😊❤

Those pies look wonderful! And I love to try any of those wines. I absolutely love St. Germain's Elder Flower liqueur. You remind me of The Galloping Gourmet from the 70s. Every episode he would get totally blitzed while he made amazing French style meals. Your eyes get shinier and shinier with each glass.
