I've never tried the Painkillers. The RGD2127z is my favourite Ibanez 7 string. I play mainly in E standard, with the 7th string tuned to A. Cheers!

I came across this video by accident. I only got four minutes into this song before I left this page. The reason was that I had to find your album and buy it. Hi. I love instrumental music, always have, and i think it's probably what I'm best at. I'm also able to express myself musically much better with instrumental music I believe and enjoy writing and having total control over everything myself. yea i do use alternate for alot of pentatonic licks but when im just shredding i feel economy has a better flow to it and doesnt sound as choppy, thanks for replying i will try and develope more speed alternate picking just so i can have both in my arsenal
