By far the best race recap I've seen across all athletes - love the style. Awesome work here.

@@ThatTriathlonLife I just wanted to add more once I finished watching the video. I know it sounds weird, but I truly could’ve watched two hours of you’re just talking about things like that the most riveting video perhaps I’ve ever seen on triathlon and I have other pro triathletes that I’m huge fans of. Thank you again must’ve been frustrating on the bike for sure but thank you so much for the content Paula. I am definitely now a fan for life.

Eric, it's absolutely ridiculous to me that I can feel your love for Paula through these videos! And sick shots of sick views! I have so much admiration for you both! Looking forward to what next year has for you both! I will be doing my biggest bike challenges yet - a century ride & an MS150!

Paula's thoughts in this video can be incredibly relatable for any athlete of any level. Pack dynamics can be really frustrating, and digging deep mentally for a run on your own shows true strength and courage. Her authenticity in these videos/ recaps and ability to continue competing even when the going gets tough is truly inspiring.

Eric you keep taking the game higher and higher with these videos. Wow that was really freaking good! Paula you're a total inspiration! You guys are an amazing team and a ton of fun to follow and cheer on! Merry Christmas!

Paula cracks me up with the "I hate this" comments followed by the crazy high performances. Makes you realize not 100% of the time do athletes truly 'love' what they do. Sometimes it's just a necessary evil. And yet they still rock it.

Training on the roads prior to the race was so scary! The vacuum effect from the trucks was crazy. Amazing video! Loved meeting you on the way up to the volcano, def one of the highlights of my trip to NZ! Keep rocking Paula, you are amazing!

Thanks for the inspiration all year. I’m going to do my first triathlon in 2025, largely thanks to this series. Merry Christmas and keep up the great work next year!

I do hate missing these mid week updates, makes it look like I am not here lol. But I always am, great footage from Taupo. really enjoyed your racing again this year Paula, time for a break and those epic slow motion TTL Ski vlogs. As for next year I do hope you race T100, especially Ibiza, it would be a lifetime dream to finally watch you race live. My triathlon journey of coming up 33 years never missing a season would be complete. Have a well deserved break. Hope to see you out there next season, this old then 63 year old age grouper will still be toeing the line. Much love from the UK, David x Paula Findley, absolute triathlon Royalty.

Way to go Paula, for what it's worth, you are by far my favorite women to watch:) and for what it's worth, it looks like you are starting to have fun again, and for what it's worth, when all said and done, it's what's most important:)

Great consistent season Paula. I know that if you pursued the Ironman Pro Series you would do extremely well. I don't think it would be wise to do both the Ironman Pro Series and the T100. I don't think your training has to change too much to do the Ironman distance. The only thing is that after an Ironman you'll need much more time to recuperate. Good luck to you in 2025, whatever series you decide to race I'll be watching and rooting for you.

Pack dynamics, shows how strong Taylor is

I think riding with a messy “pack” is slower in a lot of ways vs riding solo in the front. Obviously she’s amazing, though.

On some days others are stronger, and than there comes a day when u'll be finishing in first place again. This time the others were just stronger. So what. U r great, keep on grinding...

I'd like to hear all of the pros say, "I like the Ironman Pro series but I wish they'd increase the minimum bike follow distance to 20 meters." Maybe that would get them to change it. The only person I've heard say that is Joe Skipper.
@ThatTriathlonLifeАй бұрын
I think 90% of the pros have given that feedback to Ironman officials directly. At least that was my impression, speaking with Jimmy Ricatello post-race
@paula_findlayАй бұрын
I hammered this point hard with them in person, not sure if KZbin would be the most effective place.
