Hate missing these as premiers but we are present, here now in the UK, another fab video, and as always great music edit, it must take as long to format the music as the video, always matches the mood of the Vlog perfectly, and what a result in Beijing, another fab win for the number one! its 4pm Thursday here now in the UK, short working day to for the organization, I work for, Deaf Blind UK. and I have done a run session before teatime or dinnertime which ever you use to describe an evening meal. Glad you liked the music :) It does take an insanely long time to find the right track for the feeling that I'm hoping to convey, but worth it, and no less important than any other aspect of the editing! I'd love to get back to the premier on Sundays, but during race season, it's especially hard since we often race and/or travel on Sundays.

I'd like to hear more about coach Paulo's swimming paradigm. Did he say 'soft swimming'?

He said "solved" swimming, but he's a pretty practical swim coach. Very little secret stuff, just fundamentals and lots of volume. I didn't become a fast swimmer while working with him after having grown up swimming, but I was able to hold my 1500 speed and then be able to ride and run without being too fatigued. What he was working on with Paula while he was there was stroke efficiency. Varying speed for 50's while holding the same stroke count, ideally 18 strokes per 25 meters.
