Hey Paul. Love the color and front elevation. Lovely front bath and bedroom. If that’s a shower seat, needs to be way larger. Office:flex space nice. Beautiful open concept. Unique shade of cabinetry. Gas community. Spacious living area. Covered lanai. Nice fire pit but want a pool. Spacious dining. Surprise nook area. Homework station. Would’ve liked a 1/2 pool bath and a door instead of a window. Large pantry. Nice private garage entrance to the pantry and kitchen. Large open loft are. Staging superb. Great color scheme. Double door entry to a massive primary. Lovely en-suite. Need a larger shower seat. Huge closet. Although the tub is nice, prefer a linen closet and a larger shower. Love that the primary is by itself. Perfect laundry with sink/cabinetry/counter. Large bathroom. Spacious bedrooms but 3 bedrooms to 1 bath and the loft area? Could’ve squeezed in a Jack n Jill or a 1/2 bath. Oh. The backyard is huge. Maybe a pool and the fire pit. Lovely home Paul. Thanks so much and see you next video.
