Hey Paul. Loving the front elevation. The aerial views of the homes in general are lovely. Noticed one you toured already. This home is amazing. Open. Spacious. Staging on point. Love the privacy of the primary. The en-suite is heavenly. The shower. Omg. I don’t usually like primaries in the front of the house but that worked. The dining area is nice. You walked across the foyer. Garage. Laundry. Bedroom with en-suite. Kitchen amazing. 3rd bedroom with en-suite. Optional game room nice. Pool with seamless birdcage. Sitting/dining/ kitchen. This 1-level home is amazing. Did I miss a 1/2 bath? Ok. I’m looking at the floor plan and I see the 1/2 bath in front. Too far for pool folks when wet. Looks like they would have to use bath #3 which should’ve stayed as an en-suite for that bed #3. A 1/2 bath needed to be in the game room. 🤣Ha. Now seeing the next frame with the 1/2 bath in the game room. I missed my calling. I’m a soon retiring RN. Should’ve been an architect or designer. Just like the previous one story you toured, this home is amazing. Thanks much and see you next video.

Hi Paul, are you seeing lengthier build times due to delayed supplies, ie new builds waiting on windows and garage doors? And if so, are you supporting the discussions between the buikder and clients? Thanks for your videos, they are great.

Hi Amy, Yes, everything is delayed and it's important to make everyone aware of the extended delivery times. New Builds typically took 6 months. Now with supply delays, new builds runs 8 to 12 months. Some builders have resorted to only selling spec homes after windows are installed, which lowers the delivery time to 3-4 months. The larger builders like DR Horton seem to have better access to building supplies. Small builders are getting squeezed out.
