Hi there, nice video and easy to understand. So our developers are installing Zoho CRM. I am also getting familar with Zoho campaigns. I have asked for Google Tag Manager to also be implemented on the website. I looked at Zoho Sales IQ - can this be activated via Google Tag Manager rather than having to directly embed this piece of code on the website pages all over again? There seems to be so much on Zoho as I am exploring Zoho Social too. Just want to use all the free tools for now. Thank you.

If you're using ZOHO one, you can activate PageSense. Then you can find instructions on how to integrate it into Google Tag Manager - there is a way.

Yeah for sure. Just give them the code and have them add it. Will work no problem.
