Using the chemical byproducts from the Sweetums factory, Kazuhira Miller was able to isolate the umami-like ingredients for his Chemical Burger. Unable to transport these byproducts out of state due to US chemical regulations, Kaz was forced to open a restaurant locally in Pawnee, Indiana, calling it Paunch Burger.
