For some reason the pink ones baloon up. Havent had any issue with the brown trout or chartreuse. Had really good luck on the kings and atlantics this past year

I'm wondering if these aren't water beads done up with Pautzke juices and scents. I experimented with water beads a few years ago because they are bio-degradeable and you can buy thousands for pennies. I infused them with Pautzke nectar and other cures and they look and smell just like salmon eggs.

Did fish like the fireballs over the nibbles?

Nope ! They liked the nibbles better, they had a better scent trail in dark/muddy water .

I tried them on their own and it didn’t work very well but if you were short on spawn you could add one or two as a filler. I have better luck running them like a single bead.

Di crappie hit on these or they like crappie nibble

Not like crappie nibbles at all. They are very soft and fall off easily after a few strikes
