Dear Kabita ji, I'm from Delhi, came to Guwahati for 6 months. I ate food outside for a week, and had indigestion. Then my ask to cook myself. I was scared, I didn't know cooking. Kabita, this is a bit off subject but there is a connection. I have tried Western dishes which are vegetarian vegan and since I like vegetables they are fine. But many folks are trying to eat only vegetarian and give it up because of bland taste. Now you and I know that is the general problem with Western food, which lacks your subcontinental spice set and is bland. You could slant some of your vegetarian dishes, good in their own right, to westerners who have this problem with their cuisine. I see an enormous audience there. Just a thought. By the way, great dish!

I made it today and it came out exactly as street ones 😊. I added one step during roasting pav....added ghee on tava and little bit kashmiri red chilly powder and little pav bhaji masala and then roasted pav over it....overall look came out just like street ones.
