Sometimes it just means there are changes needed in your content. Probably, check at what point viewers drop off during watching and do LESS of it.

No, I use it only when I need some smart explanation of smth. In my videos I always try to have as many examples based on my own experience and my YT channel as possible. AI would not know about it.
