Right there with you Ginger, I'm a big prog fan myself and Alter Bridge just really scratches that itch. So many great transitions in this song. Mark Tremonti has referred to this new album as a 'brain burner' so I think we're in for a hell of a ride. As this is the last song in the album, I also think this is probably going to be one of the more uplifting tracks and I'm expecting something darker for the other tracks (could be totally wrong though.) Either way, I'm just happy they're back and sounding so good. Myles vocals in particular are in top form. It's so hard to believe he's going to be 53 this year when his voice doesn't seem to have declined at all, weirdly, I think he sounds better than ever. One of the best rock voices of all time in my book.

What Ginger says is so true. The lyrics are inspirational. But, even as a solid AB fan, it took a few listens, to really get the feel of the complex/tempo changes, to appreciate how epic this song/composition is. I will have to wait, but, based on this offering, this album will be a cracker!

Wow you really jumped on that one, Ginger, as I think was only just released. First time hearing that song and can definitely say play it again. Myles has such a great voice. I think I can say Alter Bridge are my current second favourite band not of all time but still highly regarded and think probably in my top 10. I won’t say some of the others as I know you don’t fancy them. But hey, each to their own. ❤️🤘🎸🇦🇺

Alter Bridge are seriously one of the best hard rock bands of the last 20 years and Myles Kennedy is one of the greatest rock vocalist there has ever been. Completely underrated in the US. Go and listen to Blackbird( the studio version first then live at Amsterdam/Wembley.) Then go on to Words Darker than Their Wings live at Royal Albert Hall, White Knuckles, Watch Over You (Billboard live or Live at Amsterdam), Fortress, Cry of Achilles.....you can just keep going from there!
