Did you use a stain conditioner first? If not, why? Thanks!
@PawPawsWorkShop5 жыл бұрын
Typically I do not use the stain conditioner. I do not find that it makes much of a difference for the extra work.

How well does glue stick to stained wood?
@PawPawsWorkShop5 жыл бұрын
The glue works just fine. All the stain does is stain the wood. The glue will hold.

Another great video. 2 questions. 1. Did you put poly on the pipes and fittings. 2. Can you give the dimensions?
@PawPawsWorkShop5 жыл бұрын
Dexter Butler . The overall size is 16x36 inches. No, I did not put poly on the pipes. Thank you very much.

you really should use sanding sealer on your projects, it makes a world of difference. there are two things i always have in my shop, sanding sealer and denatured alcohol for my finishes.

You have so many Different Tools but one thing I have not seen you ever use so I wonder why you have never used them small hand Saw
@PawPawsWorkShop5 жыл бұрын
I like so many others started with hand tools. By the time I was in the eighth grade, I was building houses with my Father and using all power tools. In the eighth grade I took my one and only shop class and I was not allowed to use any power tools and was forced back to hand tools. Needless to say I hated the class and never took another shop class.

Paw Paw’s WorkShop my son is in wood working class and he has used power Tools and he using them at home he is 15 teen.He loves it. And I guess I didn’t ask you about the right saw that is my fault because I said small hand saw lol boy I need to prove read before asked. Anyway when I ask you about the small saw I meant a small power saws that fits into your hand and don’t feel like your holding a 100 pound power saw. The reason I had asked is because I have not seen you use one and if you have what did you think about them I asking because I have ordered one of them because they are compact and lighter then the one’s that what I meant by small hand saw sorry I didn’t explain better
