The lightest vr headset I'm aware of (the bigscreen beyond) is around 130 grams.

Of course it's like $1,000 for just the headset and has to be custom made to a scan of your face. So there's not really a way to just try one out.

The Quest 3 for me feels like I'm not wearing anything so it should be tolerable for you. They should be coming out with a variety of Quest 3s, some cheaper and some more expensive. The standard one has hand tracking and AR capabilities but they are making a budget one that doesn't have it and might be even lighter.

The Oculus Quest 3 is lighter, has better graphics, and you can buy third-party head straps for better head-mounting if you're interested in VR.

So I have a big head and most over the ear headphones squeeze my head hard. I use in ear monitors , iem's, so you may want to look into them.

162 cm, it's just how everyone on my mother's side is, we're healthy according to doctors. My lack of weight is from lack of muscle mass mostly 😅
