This is the worst kind of blackmail because the CEO will amke the COO work like a donkey First of had the Zomato CEO also paid an amount similar to this? These types of employment practices should be stopped. Basically the Zomato CEO does not have confidence on his own evaluation of the COO candidate. Which means the CEO should be fired by Zomato board. He is basically a blacmailing leech.
