Thanks for the video. As a full-time digital marketer and ebook author, I recommend Stripe. PayPal is garbage, has zero user-support, favors scammers over longtime users, and has a poor architecture for payments. Stripe is the best.

I surely am not to sure of PayPal with all the negative reviews. Can i have multiple online businesses on stripe or PayPal, with one EIN number, with a structure where i have a LLC and have multiple DBAs under it, is that advisable or go for LLC for each of the online store and separate payment gateways?

Advice on how to structure your business is out of our scope, but we strongly encourage you to read the full contract of PayPal, Square, or Stripe so that you understand each processor's acceptable use/prohibited businesses policies. If what what you are selling is restricted by the processor, you are better off getting a merchant account or even a high risk merchant account. That is because all of them (and any merchant account) has their own policies and can legally hold funds and/or terminate an account under certain circumstances. We hope this helps and best of luck.

Hi, Karl. That would be a no on sending money through Stripe. It might help to think of PayPal's payment processing service as being a different compartment in that regard as well. Sending money to accounts would not fall under merchant account services.

Hi and thanks for stopping by! Both PayPal and Stripe integrate with Zoho Books, Xero, and QuickBooks. However if you are interested in anything beyond these, you'd need to check out the websites to see if they are supported.

There is no stripe gateway. Like he said it works in the background. Most sites that have a section to enter credit card info are using stripe, and there is usually a button under it that gives you an option to checkout with PayPal. Most customers that use stripe through a website they're on don't know they're using Stripe, they're just entering the card info.

paypal has a very bad fraud system! some people purchased items from me then they claimed it was unauthorized purchase! i didnt send the item and refunded the buyers to avoid the disputes and the loss ! but paypal put a hold on my money and reserve because they said you issued too many refunds! and i couldnt even get to talk to their back office ,no number ! nothing! because they agents on the phone say we dont have the authority and cant give u number of the back office....

Warning: They freeze your account for more than a week. On Feb. 16 I tried to buy bitoin on paypal. They set my account to "account limitation" (froze the account). They wanted 3 documents, bank statement, i.d. etc which I provided. Then on Feb. 22 they wanted my social security number. Today is Feb. 24 and my account is still frozen. Beware that paypal's system is very inefficient and will tie up your money for days.
