absolutely love this tutorial!! very detailed!! I'd say I'm a beginner to intermediate and also left-handed, I was able to follow this tutorial with ease! the most difficult part was the ribbing. I accidentally did a couple 3 and even one 4 instead of the 2 front and back stitching, but you don't really notice it unless you're looking for it. gonna start the bunny ears!!

This is my first time trying crochet and your tutorial is lovely! So easy to follow and I'm finished in 3 days!! My first try was a little wonky at the start so now I can make a better one haha. I really enjoyed this :) Update: I finished my second attempt and medium fits perfect! It looks great I truly love it :D Next are the ears!!!!!

For someone with a basic level of English like me, this tutorial was easy to follow. I started crocheting with your cat hat video and this will be the third project I've done. I love your crochet channel you’re very precise step-by-step you tell us the name of the material yarn and hook size. is very telling us how many stitches your chart you made is wonderful. Very clear exactly the name of each stitch you use you shows from the beginning to the end of the road italicize exactly how many stitches we should have I think you’re a great teacher and I love your patterns. After making 4 of these I’ve come to the conclusion that I love this design but the neck part should be longer or shorter depending on the person wearing it. 11 rows is too short for me and my 13 y/o son and my 16 y/o sister but wayyyy too long for my 4 y/o daughter so I suggest measuring it as you’re making it for yourself by putting it on and by measuring the neck of whom ever you’re making it for if you desire it to sit the way it does on the person making this tutorial 😊

You have the best tutorials!!! So thorough and clear for us to understand!!! My project came out great! However, once I was done, I noticed the ribbing for the turtleneck area is not long enough for me. Is there a way I can add a few more rows to the bottom after the project is done? Thank you in advance!!!!
@ABoCStudio Жыл бұрын
Hi💞 thank you so much!!! And yes you can definitely make the neck longer by working into the bottom line which is the foundation chain, just use the same ribbing stitches! I do that all the time 😉
@Sammy_Sosa32 Жыл бұрын
@ABoCStudio so good to hear! since I'm working off the foundation chain, would I have to do a row of DC first? I can't start off doing the front post and back post, right? If you already have a video showing you doing this, may I have the link? I can just watch that & and I wouldn't have to bother you anymore lol
@ABoCStudio Жыл бұрын
You can definitely still do the bp/fpDc based on the stitches of the first row. Attach the yarn right where the slip-knot is, chain 2, then you'll see the bp/fp stitches and follow them n do the exact same thing you did for the ribbing. Unfortunately, I don't have a video for this, but I here to help💞No biggie💕

Just finished my first balaclava thanks to you 😌 I’m going to attempt one with a thicker wool, what do you suggest size wise?
@ABoCStudio2 жыл бұрын
Ohhh thats so exciting🤩, how thick is the wool? Cus if it's just 1 category bigger and we using the same hook size then the sizing wouldn't have to be different 🧶 but if its much thinker then you can use the "try-on chain" method: after you make a number of chain, you hold on to 2 ends n strech the chain out, then wrap it around your head (around forehead and under ears to the back of the head)--> the strech-outed chain should just a lilttle bit bigger than your head (1,5-2inches bigger)💗

Hi 💞 tysm. I would say that it should got somewhat above the 👄 under nose and skip more sts for the slit so that the slit large enough to fall down the 👄. It would be great if you know how to work in the flat surface (not in rounds) for a couple of rows until it reaches above the eyes then create chains to join in round again, doing so you don't have to open the slit too much!

I just found you today. I made this balaclava in a medium. It turned out perfectly. That was because you explained it so well. We leave be in Canada where the winters are cold. I am making these for Christmas gifts. Thank you. I hope to see more tutorials. Be well!

@@ABoCStudio thank you so very much for your reply. I am a senior in my 70’s so I’m afraid some of your other amazing videos are more for young people...but that is ok they are lovely. Don’t loose your passion to be creative😊

Thank you for this pattern! I’m having trouble with round 12 with the slit. The total for my mask is usually 60, but after round 12 it’s always 59! I’ve tried redoing it but it’s the same each time
