PC Longplay [711] Rick Dangerous

Used to love playing this back in the early ‘90s. Don’t have any memories of ever finishing it. My schoolmate and I would play it on our respective computers and talk about how far we’d progressed the next day in class.

17:55 what a nice way to start a level, damn this game really tries to murder you :/ I played this as a kid on C64, great memories, never made it past level three, though. Great gameplay as usual!

I remember finishing this game several times on C64 on one life. Great game.

My friend had this on an Atari computer. We played it a lot here and there. The day we made it to the Nazi level we just kept playing until we finished it because we didn't think we'd ever put that kind of effort into it again. So many deaths with the "Waaagghh!" Man, it's probably been over 30 years since then. Nice to see this game again.

In the late 80s every IBM PC version lost against others. Thankfully a few years after that the Soundblaster became mandatory in gaming PCs. That awful PC Speaker sound ^^
