Some interesting independent bottling at the 11 minute mark but some of those prices are over the top. I can even get some of these at home here in Saskatchewan for the same or less cash in my Canadian currency. Take into account the exchange rate and they’re even cheaper yet. Fun video as always Phil and l really like the purchase of the 14 year old Ledaig. Very nice indeed!

Highly recommend the Stranahan's Blue Peak. Very tasty American single malt from a Solera process. Under $45 at Total Wine. Love the bourbon selection, but there is a reason there are so many allocated whiskies on the shelf. I'll wait.

Those BTAC prices are highway robbery. Makes me sad that people would price gouge but I guess if they can sell it at that they will keep doing it. I'm jealous of that secret Ledaig 14 you got a hold of. Probably quite delicious. "Wonderfully Peated" as they say on the Isle of Mull.

hancocks reserve, along with elmer are two of the 4 buffalo trace mashbill 2 whiskeys. Decent whiskey that is just highly allocated.

Interesting to see that the prices for Suntory Yamazaki and Hakushu are the same or lower then in Japan but they the Kurayoshi is priced 4 times higher. I guess they if people knew that they started distilling in 2017 so putting out a 18 year old will not make it a genuine Japanese whisky the price would be much lower. But then again, the bottle is nice 😏😊
