PCOD DIET CHART
DIET CHART:
Have hot water frequently. Can use butter milk. Food made of wheat can be
consumed for a meal time. Millets, sprouts, fruits can be included for other
two mealtimes. (varieties of millet rice like Chama Rice, Thina Rice, Corn,
Varak Rice, Yavam Rice, Ragi Rice can be used in variety of forms like
Dosa, Pulave, porridge etc.)
Avoid milk ( may add some milk to tea or coffee). Avoid Rice, Curd, Sweet,
Fried Oily Items, Bakery Items, Maida, Papaya, Pineapple, Banana, Squid,
Tuna, Crab, Prawns, oyster, shark, mussels, meat, egg, chicken and
pickles. (small fishes can be taken). Avoid sugar, salty, hot, and sour foods.
Fruits should not be taken after 6 pm. Don't sleep during day time.
KANJI:
Sufficient amount of broken wheat (pre heated), 1/2 fist green gram and
1 teaspoon of fenugreek seed to be boiled in cooker (up to 5 whistle) can
be taken as kanji once a day. Suffcient amount of salt and little quantity of
scrapped coconut can be added.

ഡയറ്റ് ചാർട്ട്:
ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ ചൂടുവെള്ളം കുടിക്കുക . മോര് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. ഒരു നേരം ഗോതമ്പിന്റെ ആഹാരം കഴിക്കാം .
ബാക്കി രണ്ടു നേരം മില്ലെറ്റ് റൈസ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചു ഭക്ഷണം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയോ ( ചാമ അരി , യവം അരി , തിന അരി , വരക്കു അരി , ചോളം , റാഗി അരി ഈ അരികൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ പുട്ടു , ചെറുപയറും ഉലുവയും ചേർത്ത് അരച്ച ദോശ , കഞ്ഞി , ചോറ് , ഈ അരികൾ തിളപ്പിച്ച് ഊറ്റിയെടുത്ത ശേഷം താളിച്ചു ഉപ്പുമാവ് ആക്കിയും കഴിക്കാം )
ചെറു പഴങ്ങളോ മുളപ്പിച്ച ധാന്യങ്ങളോ കഴിക്കാം . പാലുല്പന്നങ്ങൾ ഒഴിവാക്കുക . ചായയിലോ കാപ്പിയിലോ കുറച്ചു പൽ മാത്രം ചേർത്ത് കുടിക്കാം .
അരി ഭക്ഷണം മധുര സാധനങ്ങൾ , വറവുകൾ , ബേക്കറി സാധനങ്ങൾ , മൈദാ , പപ്പായ , പൈനാപ്പിൾ , നേന്ത്രപ്പഴം , കൂന്തൽ , അയല, ഞണ്ടു , സ്രാവ് , ചെമ്മീൻ , കല്ലുമ്മക്കായ , ഇറച്ചി , മുട്ട , ചിക്കൻ ,അച്ചാർ എന്നിവ ഉപയോഗിക്കരുത് .(ബാക്കി മീനുകൾ കറിവച്ചു കഴിക്കാം .വറുത്ത മീൻ പാടില്ല ). എരിവ് , ഉപ്പു , പുളി ഇവ കുറവായി മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിക്കുക (വൈകിട്ട് 6മണിക്ക് ശേഷം പഴങ്ങൾ കഴിക്കരുത് ) പകൽ ഉറങ്ങരുത് , രാത്രി ഉറക്കമൊഴിയരുത് .
കഞ്ഞിക്ക് ആവശ്യത്തിന് നുറുക്ക് ഗോതമ്പ് ( ചൂടായ മണം വരുന്നത് വരെ മാത്രം വറുക്കുക )
അരപിടി ചെറുപയറും ഒരു റ്റീസ്പൂൺ ഉലുവയും ചേർത്ത് കുക്കറിൽ 5 വിസിൽ വരെ വേവിച്ചു ഇറക്കി ആവശ്യത്തിന് ഉപ്പും സ്വൽപ്പം തേങ്ങ ചിരകിയതും ചേർത്ത് ഒരു നേരം കഴിക്കുക

It is nice to see the recipe without onion n garlic. Many people in north don't eat it. 'Jains' also don't eat. Recipes for Diabetics, Cholesterol, n hypothyroidism will be very nice

Veena, this is really nice much needed health education. At 8.48, you says about someone having disc problems. I m a nutritionist. My experience: in Amway shop you will get Glucosamine, along with Calmag D, Daily, Protein powder. Really disc will be remade. I have experience personally n with others. I have taken hospital treatment with similar medications, n didn't help.
