Nice trekking milage! Crowder Canyon sure is beautiful this time of the year after a good wet season. Lots of history at Camp Cajon, Perhaps you grabbed a pamphlet from the box. Smiles before Miles 🥾

That's Crowder Canyon that you were walking down through towards Cajon Pass. I don't believe I've ever seen water in that canyon. Very cool.

You gents are doing so great. I’m impressed. You’re headed toward a great hiker town. Wrightwood is very hiker friendly. Nice people. Baden Powell is no joke. Be prepared for very sketchy footing and scary drop offs. I speak from personal experience. I slipped and was headed over a cliff when my then boyfriend grabbed me and hauled me back to safety. It’s a gorgeous hike and beautiful view, but be prepared.

Please please please use all caution when in the San Gabriel Mtns. There have been a lot more issues (injuries, missing people, and 💀) this year. This is the section (other than the sierras) I have worried about for PCT hikers.

Yep. You’re headed for more snow and probably a lot of it along Blue Ridge. I’m guessing Mt Baden-Powell will be a no go unless you have crampons.

Everyone who flipped from Idyllwild to Tehachapi and will do this section heading southbound in about a month is going to have a much different (hot and dry and brown) experience.

Sometimes you’re in a little bit of soft focus. Maybe polish your camera lens a bit? Or maybe you guys think you need a bit of glamour photography 😂. Who knows what Mrs Rumbles would think of that comment??! 😂 I’m enjoying watching these vids from Australia every day. My wife and I are usually one of the first 200 ppl to watch them every day 😊 . Interesting how McDonalds has the "best burger" when you have been eating trail food for a few days. Wrightwood has a nice market for resupply. Good luck with Baden-Powell. It will be snow going.

Hey Tammy. Cajon Pass should be around mile 336 and they’re headed to Wrightwood which should be around mile 369.

Nice video Codgers. Audio was good until the hotel room. Even the picture looked a little cloudy on the left, maybe just the light. Grumbles = Stomach noise without filter. No Filter = Mouth noise without filter. Your names almost mean the same thing. Why can’t you eat a Big Mac?
