How did you get into Julian, did you hitchhike up from Scissors Crossing.

I got a ride from a trail angel named Professor. He also fills the water cache located under the overpass and he has his phone number listed there for hikers.

We literally just walked down the road looking for a place to stay because all the hotels were booked, and this lady comes out of her house and asks us if we needed help. She said she rents her RV to hikers but she doesn't advertise it.

Good to know the restaurants are closed on Monday- sorry you had to suffer that haha.

One of the locals told us that one of the restaurants will actually be open 7 days week, starting the day after I left 😂 It doesn't help me but it will be good for future hikers.
