You would need one per truck. It locks into the ECM on the first one it's installed into.

Whats the highest PSI boost I can run on a 2016 cascadia Evo? Truck is a 13 spd with 817,000 miles on it. I’ve only seen it hit 31psi. Thank you guys for the awesome products!!!

With our Big Boss Tuner on them they usually run 33-37 lbs.

After I flash the ecm can I remove the diagnostic pin and it still work or does it have to remain plugged into the truck?

Yes after the ECM has been programmed/flashed you can disconnect the tuner and diagnostic connector. Many leave it connected to use the gauge feature, or plug it back in to read and clear trouble codes. But you don't have to leave the monitor connected.

There are no issues on longevity from the 15% increase, no additional hard parts are "required" but we do build a full line of intake and exhaust manifolds and performance turbos for those who want better HP/Torque and Efficiency. The guarantee is that the truck will gain 15% HP/Torque. If the dealer flashes the ECM to stock you can use the Tuner to flash your power tune back into the ECM. No additional purchase needed.

With our Big Boss Tuner/tune in it, it would likely push around 32-35 lbs of boost. The horsepower gain would be 75 HP and 250 lb ft of torque.
