After quiet a lot of planning, and especially biting through looking at my current situation not being much better if not worse than back then, I did manage to organse the 6th therian meet the 21th of octobre, a sunday.
The meet was held in 'national park hoge kempe', more specific 'mechelse heide' in maasmechelen, Belgium. From 11am to 7pm, and counted 11 attendees! We actuall expected 16, of which 2 internationals but sadly enough those couldn't make it, as well as another friend. The 4th person simply didn't show up. And the last couldn't make it as we couldn't figure out his transport.
So.. not a record like expected, but still a LOT of fun!
It was predicted to be 20°C, yet we ended up with 'only' a good 17°C, but luckily the sun got through so we had it all fine after all! Not only was the weather important to not feel cold and uneasy. But we also organised a big picknick! Everyone brought a bit of snacks and so we sat together on big blankets enjoying eachothers company.
Besides a picknick we also had a new 'kind of' member along, this was the parrot called "Djonko" a pet of one of our members. It was a lot of fun (and noise! xD) to have him along. He was good company, extremely fun, smart, cute, beautiful,.. but also came along extremely well with the therians and on top of that even distracted attention from our tails.
Last time I went to this specific park, it was extremely calm so I did not expect a Big amount of people like we saw this time! I think it might have had to do with some kind of dog-training event, seeing how many dog(s) (clubs) we saw.
Wolfo was obsessed with stones, Jenny extremely playfull, Jonah was funny, Dani was cute, Eowyn was curious, Anika adventurous, Luca was loyal & helpfull..

We sure had! It was an amazing day! Nationaal park hoge kempen, mechelse heide, SURELY worth it! :D The picknick was a succes and perfect to calm down and rest too after all running hha. I'm very glad I can make u feel like that! :D The vlog was a mistake tho :s I copied and pasted the describiton of the meet from the previous MV video so that's talking about this vlog :s sorry! well techniqly we aren't a pack actually. We've build up a local community in Belgium and the netherlands, simular to an amino or forum. Of local therians, we talk and meet up etc. So I also hold meets, all to unite local therians. But we aren't a pack, we're a local community as big as 50 local therians, all seperated and every now and then those seperated therians come together to a meet :D So we often have total strangers on meets etc hha, but mainly it's the same group that attends each time and we formed a pack-like bond for sure hha. but thank u so much! :') And yeh english and dutch hha

Hi! This video was just so fun to watch! It made me feel really shifty..... and you guys are the best. My theriotype is a fennec fox, and I think this identity for me really started developing when I was about 8 and my friends gave me the nickname "blondie fox" and I have been using that nickname since, and when I found out about therianthropy, everything kind of, made sense. I have always been different than other kids, gravitating more towards animals than people, but I didnt really ACT like an animal until after I got my nickname. Thank you! - Ari the fennec

We actually aren't a pack :) I build up a local community in Belgium and the netherlands, based on/in a facebook group. a community simular to an amino or a forum. They're all free, seperated therians. And sometimes we do a meet-up with those in the community, hence why you'll often see complete new and other faces in the meet-videos. We aren't a pack but a community :') I am in an online pack however but we do not host meet-ups of that.

Hey PD great vlog! I was wondering if you could help me? I have two theriotypes, a red fox and a black wolfdog. My red fox theriotype is physiological therianthropy, at least I think it is... My surname is Fox which is pretty ironic that my theriotype is a red fox, most of my life I have had nicknames like fox and foxy, so I think that my identity and personality grew around that concept. Would that still make me a therian or is that more of a furry thing? My wolfdog side is spiritual however because I have memories of my past life. Thanks! Foxy :)

You mean psychological or what does physiological mean? If your identity as a fox grew because of the nicknames, unconcious and not by own choise + you truely feel as if you are a fox (identify as) then it's possible to be therianthropy. One can create an identity later on in life, usually triggered by a traumatic event, being around the animal a lot or anything really. I myself created my pink river dolphin identity later on in life, as a cause of getting the nickname 'pink dolphin' at age around 8 to 12 years old. It's only furry if it's really a made up character, by own choice and without identifying as it (feeling as if you are) Well for wolfdog, it's not that you had a past life of an animal, that you are a therian/it is a theriotype. Do you also identify as a wolfdog in This life? If yes -> therian. If no -> no therian but just a past life.

@@PDTherian Sorry, I meant psychological :/ Before I discovered Therianthropy I had previously been unaware of my fox-like behaviours and mannerisms, until I looked into it. When I picture myself in my head I see a sleek Red Fox and a black Wolfdog. (separately but still the same person) As for my wolfdog side, I still also identify as a wolfdog in this life. I am a black German Shepherd wolfdog. Foxy (This has been my long running nickname since I was about 6) :)

Hallo DJX, dit is inderdaad een engels kanaal betekende dat ik in het engels met de buitenwereld over therianthropy communiceer. Zelf ben ik van België en hou daarmee voornamelijk mijn meets in België en Nederland. Je zult het misschien niet geloven maar ik (en een vriendin) hebben hier in BE en NL een lokale therian community opgestart (ongeveer een jaar geleden) welke nu wel 54 leden bedraagt. Dat is ongeveer 50/50 therians in BE en NL! We hebben dus een zeer actieve locale communitie met een grote groepschat, een groep om over ervaringen etc te praten, en we organiseren regelmatig meets en kleinere evenementjes. Als je wilt, kun je zelf aansluiten aan de communitie door de facebook groep te joinen (waar meet-events worden aangekondigd, besproken, .. en de groepschat zich bevindt) door naar deze link te gaan: facebook.com/groups/2013491548884150/ (we zijn een communitie, geen pack. Gewoon een plaats om 'samen te zijn', en iedereen is vrij te komen en te gaan zoals die wilt.)

Ik vind het geweldig om te zien dat er Nederlands sprekende kanalen zijn op dit onderwerp en dan ook nog met best wel een mooi getal subs. Ikzelf kijk nu veel naar je video's omdat ik probeer uit te zoeken wat ik ben. Ik ben eergisteren pas achter het hele therian ding gekomen en er klikte gewoon iets... Mijn hele leven voel ik me namelijk al vreemd, niet bij de rest horen maar op een andere manier als buitensluiten ofzo. Waarschijnlijk ken jij dat gevoel ook wel. Maar ja nu is het voor mij heel moeilijk om uit te zoeken wat ik nu precies ben. Want ten eerste wil ik zeker weten of ik wel een therian ben En zo ja natuurlijk ook welk dier dan precies. Heb je tips?

Ik kan alvast aanraden om eerst even dit filmpje te bekijken: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oZWolWuuip1gbM0 Ik heb het voorlopig namelijk nog niet publiek gereleased dus je kunt het enkel via de link zien (dit zodat ik mijn videos wat kan spreiden zodat men ook nog iets kan zien ookal ben ik op vakantie ofzo) Het is een basis video over therianthropy (beter dan mijn vorige) en terms, definities, wat het ongeveer is enzovoorts. Heel handig als basis informatie! In de description kun je ook naar enkele links gaan van websites met goede info enzo. Wat belangrijk is als je de termen nog maar net leert kennen en wat dit allemaal is enzo is om vooral je tijd te nemen, het klinkt allemaal moeilijk en veel in het begin en het kan frustrerend zijn om erachter te komen of je een therian bent en zo ja, welk dier. Maar het haasten brengt echt niets goeds. In tegendeel, dit verward jouw en als je elke dag je theriotype veranderd omdat je nog onzeker bent, laat het bij de community ook een wenkbrauw omhoog reizen. Het is namelijk geen wedstrijd, het gaat om een 'path of self-discovery' waarbij je zeker goed je tijdneemt, jezelf observeert. Wat doe je? Hoe voel je je waneer je dit doet? Waarom doe je het? Voel je misschien alsof je (phantom) oren hebt of een langere snuit? Voel je je groot of juist klein? Wat voor gedrag heb je nu en waardoor is dit veroorzaakt? enzovoorts. Neem je tijd, observeer jezelf, bekritiseer wat je geobserveerd hebt, check na, self-reflection, research (boeken, documentairies, websites) veel dieren die je mogelijk kunt zijn etc. Wat aan te raden valt is een therian journal. Dit kan een notitieblokje zijn, dagboek of je notes op je gsm, schrijf dingen neer. Raar gedrag, gevoelens, dingen die jij anders doet dan de standaard mens, urges en dromen etc. Meditatie kan helpen als je een spiritueel persoon bent maar pas op want het menselijk brein beinvloed dat al snel hha, en dan wordt het eigenlijk gewoon fantasie. Ik raad ook zeker aan om naar therian-guide te gaan en het forum te joinen (onderkant pagina onder 'community') (als je mijn naam 'pinkdolphin' intypt als degene die je over de site vertelde dan krijg ik ook puntjes en daarmee kan ik naar dolfijnen of wolven goededoelen/organisaties doneren etc) Dit is echt een goede plek met vele volwassenen en erg ervaren therians die je enorm kunnen helpen. Ook als je erachter komt geen therian te zijn. Therian amino is een fijne plek om therians te ontmoeten en te praten, maar niet de beste plek om te leren heel eerlijk. Therian amino heeft wel een nederlandse chatgroep. En zo hebben we ook een Belgische en nederlandse facebook groep: facebook.com/groups/2013491548884150/ met ongeveer 50 nederlandse en belgische therians. we accepteren geen non-therian mensen wegens privacy en goedgevoel maar wel zoekende therians. We organiseren meets maar hebben ook een chatgroep, je bent altijd welkom te joinen en te chatten en misschien dat therians daar je wel kunnen helpen. Ik ben ook altijd hier in de comments te vinden mocht je vragen hebben of iets (gedrag ofz) willen bespreken

Aangezien ik nogal een introvert ben weet ik niet of ik al bij een groep wil ofzo dus daar moet ik nog even over nadenken, maar ik zal proberen gewoon geduld te hebben in mijn reis naar mezelf als je het zo diep wilt benoemen. Blijk ik toch geen therian te zijn dan blijf ik toch deze community altijd respecteren :D (Want een gewoon doorsnee mens zijn is ook zo saai, jezelf zijn is veel leuker)

Hha wij hebben ook een gewone mens in onze therian groep (perongeluk toegevoegd, gehecht aan geraakt en ja dan kan je je vriend toch niet meer buitengooien hé hha) en hebben met een aantal gewone-mens kinderen gebabbeld die we tijdens een meet tegenkwamen en hebben ook eens met een vrouw in een loempia kraam op de kerstmarkt een heel fijn gesprek gehad hha, ze vroeg zelfs om foto's! Opzich zijn wij namelijk ook maar gewoon mensen en in het gewone leven gedragen we ons gewoon (meestal/grotendeels) normaal xD Mensen vinden ons vaak heel aardig en vinden het fijn met ons te babbelen hha. Fijn te horen dat je je tijd met deze reis zeker gaat nemen en ik wens je dan ook echt absoluut het beste! Anne Inv well we only organise meets in the Netherlands and Belgium, so unless you live in either (or a neighbour country) I am sorry to say we don't have a meet closeby to you. There aren't hold many meets worldwide. I know UK therians hold one every now and then and in the US older therians hold multiple-day howls (meets that go over multiple days, often sleeping in a forest etc) I especially advice organising a meet yourself, as there aren't that many.. plz watch my recent "how to organise a meet" video :3 Best is to keep your eyes open on facebook groups & therian amino. But meets who're publicly announced are pretty rare and many meets sadly fail (no attendees, no one shows up, badly organised,..)

Anne Inv oh wow! Well, have you heard about our local community? Me and a friend started a local community in Belgium & The Netherlands a year back. It's based on a facebook group to communicate. We send updated there, discus, have a big chatroom, and announce meets & other therian activities (such as smaller meet-ups or an upcoming sleepover at my place) , we currently got 54 members and daily there atleast 10 online & talking in the chatroom :) If you want to, you can check out the group here: m.facebook.com/groups/2013491548884150 Be sure to answer all questions to be approved :) Joining the group is the easiest way to be updated for meets and get reminderds, a chance to vote the poll to chose the date etc. If you really don't have facebook, then I got a few other contact methods (I'll list them in that case) however.. I tend to forget to update sometimes :s just hard to remember.

that's sad :/ because wolves aren't bloodthirsty psycho animals at all and in ALL times they'd rather run or lay down than fight and attack. They only fight when absolutely necessary. Her attacking like that and blaming it on her theriotype? That's not animal. That's human. As wolves ain't like that. You might want to point that out to them someday

Oh, because all my traits are like a bunny, shy around new people, but once I find a true friend I trust them a lot. Also I’m vegetarian, I always have been (My mom hates me because of that xD) Also I’m the smallest baby in my family out of six kids, and I love to hop, play and sleep. Also I really like my sister (The only other Therian in my family, I have 2 bros and 3 sisters.) She is sweet and always has my trust, but my babysitter judges her for wearing a tail, same with me. It gets annoying once your brother joins in (which he did) also, nobody in our family knows we’re Therian. They just like calling us furries. But also I love nature and everything about bunnies! Also I am kind and love to hide in my bed when I feel unsafe. :D Edit: did I say to much?

What is a contherian?

Ap Ibarra a contherian is a therian who experiences “no shifts”. While they do not change from human to animal (in experiences), they instead hang somewhere in between permanently. While a suntherian still changes in experiences (ex: when petted they may feel the urge to run away one day and the urge to purr the other day) Contherians claim their experiences do not change at all. So each imput has a permanent output (ex: when petted they Always feel like they want to run away)

Well I always feel a pressure where my dragon wings would be and often feel my dragon tail as it much larger. But sometimes I feel the urge to bark or growl and sometimes I catch myself holding my hands up like a wolf bends it paws.

@@PDTherian yeah I'm having to dig hard into my exploration of this weird niche into an odd part of an already niche oddity. Still, I've dug up enough for me to hit about 10 minutes of...something. It's an interesting enough topic to make a video essay/commentary piece on. I find it amusing and interesting, and also note that a lot of videos have comments disabled because some of the stuff I've found is the kind of stuff that is innocently uploaded, and then pedos leave time stamps on. Young under-age girls playfighting etc.

@@ZacksScraps I think there are so little videos on playfighting simply because it isn't something that makes one therian and generally not a big part of us or our community. It just Sometimes happens, it happened only once in my presence on the 11th therian meet. I'm generally always here to read and answer questions. Likewise I'm not afraid to seriously answer trolls. Nor to encounter a serious debate or discussion. If you are genuinly interested (even if just cuz it looks weird to you), I recommend watching some of my more recent videos ofcourse. I can always be reached through commenting

our meets are only hold in belgium and the netherlands. One per year in germany if lucky. Everyone is always welcome as long as they get with me in private contact in time (see contact methods in youtube channel description) Tho I'm doubting if you're serious or a troll that wants a laugh.
