Pea Soup Without Meat is a classic recipe.Lean soup
For 2 liters of water:
10 tbsp. l of dry peas.
Carrots-1 pc.
Onion - 2 pieces.
Potatoes-350 gr.
2-3 cloves of garlic, herbs and pepper to taste.
Vegetable oil for frying.
Pour water (2 liters) into a saucepan, pour out the well-washed peas.
After boiling, stir and cook the peas over medium heat for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then add the diced potatoes, add salt and cook until the potatoes are ready.
Pour 4-5 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the onion and carrots.
As soon as the potatoes are cooked, add the roast, let it boil for 3 minutes,
after that, you can add finely chopped garlic, herbs and pepper.
