At the time, she had been placed on a short administrative hold after being evacuated due to political instability. Since returning to her rural site, Nelli has continued to work closely with her host counterparts, including the municipality and the secondary school psychologist, to bring sessions on youth leadership, vocational orientation, and more. Check out this update video from Nelli as she now starts the second year of her Peace Corps service.
