Ingredient and step by step instructions for making the recipe
Let's start by making the spaghetti meat sauce recipe
In a pot or a cast iron skillet, sear the meat (beef 500 grams) with a little bit of vegetable oil
Then, add the following ingredients
Chopped Onion (170 grams)
One tbsp garlic (15 grams)
Two tbsps of tomato paste (50 grams)
One tsp each of salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, and paprika
One can of crushed tomatoes (794 grams)
One tsp of sugar
Once you add the crushed tomatoes, Let them simmer for 5 minutes with occasional stirring
Then, add three cups of hot water
Cook the sauce over high heat for 10 minutes
Then, over low heat for 20 minutes
Pour the sauce on the boiled spaghetti, in a serving plate, and garnish it with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and parsley
Preparing the spaghetti
Boil a pot of water
Add one tbsp of salt
Add one pack of spaghetti
Boil the spaghetti for about 10 minutes

المكونات والتعليمات خطوة بخطوة لإعداد الوصفة
لنبدأ بإعداد وصفة صلصة لحم السباغيتي
في قدر أو مقلاة من الحديد الزهر ، اشوي اللحم (لحم بقري 500 جرام) بقليل من الزيت النباتي
ثم أضف المكونات التالية
بصل مقطع (170 جرام)
1 ملعقة كبيرة ثوم (15 جرام).
ملعقتان كبيرتان من معجون الطماطم (50 جرامًا)
ملعقة صغيرة من الملح والفلفل الأسود والأوريغانو والريحان والفلفل الحلو
علبة طماطم مهروسة (794 جرام).
ملعقة صغيرة سكر
بمجرد إضافة الطماطم المهروسة ، اتركها تنضج لمدة 5 دقائق مع التحريك من حين لآخر
ثم أضف ثلاثة أكواب من الماء الساخن
قم بطهي الصلصة على نار عالية لمدة 10 دقائق
ثم ، على نار خفيفة لمدة 20 دقيقة
نسكب الصلصة على المعكرونة المسلوقة في طبق التقديم ونزينها برش جبن البارميزان والبقدونس
تحضير السباغيتي
اغلي ابريقا من الماء
أضف ملعقة كبيرة من الملح
أضف علبة واحدة من السباغيتي
اغلي السباغيتي لمدة 10 دقائق

10 minutes for spaghetti it's a crime. Pasta must be al dente. 10 minutes means overcooking the pasta. Beside, never put sauce on the pasta in the plate but take pasta a couple of minutes before is cooked. This means After 6 or seven minutes and finish cooking in the sauce to mix flavours and stelle and make the sauce one with pasta. After this, use a dish.

That´s bascially what is outside Italy called "Spaghetti Bolognese". Though often ground pork or a ground pork and beef mixture would be used. The German (and all the other northern barbarians) in me don´t see any problem here. My inner Italian however started to cry with the canned crushed tomatoes and the wrong type of noodles (and many many more things). I personally prefer either Ragu alla Bolognese with Tagliatelle or Haschee with egg noodles.

@@ronin47-ThorstenFrank and that's another point. Bolognese means nothing, it's ragù. You can Cook ragù bolognese style or neapolitan style. Ironically, The second one use meat cut in a similar way to this recipe, but bolognese style is pretty diverse.

I cook mine all the way. My teeth can’t stand hard noodles. And yes I put the spaghetti leftovers in the fridge. ( Italians do not believe think it’s a crime to put pasta in the fridge- they are governed by rules)

@@sciencelabvideosl7558 And why not? It´s your kitchen and you can do what you want - actually, at least as far as I know,, Italians are much more flexible in this regard. Especially with cooking noodles longer for people with the same issues like you mentioned. We always must differentiate IMO - it´s pretty ok if you say it´s not the intended(!) and original way.

I would give a suggestion: don't put the sauce on the top of the past when is in the dish, put the pasta in the pan with the sauce three minutes before is done and finish the cooking in the pan, the pasta will absorbe part of the sauce and will be mixed betteer, pasta and sauce should result as "one thing only", here it doesn't look amalgamated

I make my spaghetti sauce almost the same way but I add rosemary and use beef stock rather than just water. A splash of Worcestershire sauce (pronounced wuss-ter-sher) also gives a nice piquancy.

You must be using an expensive cut of beef, lean and cooks fast. Under an hour cooking using beef is quite fast. What if you're using a cheaper cut of beef, how long do you simmer?

I make mine the same way, except I use brown sugar and use linguini instead of spaghetti. Serve with a nice crusty sourdough french bread. Delicious!!!!!!! 👍

Gli spaghetti devono essere scolati molto indietro nella cottura, altrimenti, ora che ci hai messo il condimento, li hai girati, hai aggiunto il formaggio, li hai girati ( prezzemolo? ) poi li hai messi nei piatti e li hai distribuiti ai commensali diventano come la colla per tappezzeria

i have problems with it - the beef looks like steak which is not cheap for everyone - the [steak] wasn't seasoned going in nor the onions - used a lot of water in the sauce which watered the flavor you built up down- too little salt for the pasta the salt gives it flavor 1 table spoon for a whole box is grossly undersalted- then you topped the pasta with the sauce which is an absolute no-no you toss the pasta in the sauce to coat it... enjoy i guess...

Wow, your sauce looks delicious! I used to cook the same way, but since I don't eat beef, I would use minced lamb/mutton, and use flat-leaf parsley, thyme and Bay leaf. Sometimes I would used minced chicken; I would then use a large bunch of basil instead of the other herbs. My Italian housemates from Bologna and Tuscany taught me that it was essential to use finely diced carrot, celery and onion for the vegetable component (aka "soffritto", when you cook these in olive oil over low heat) as this combination gives incredible flavour. They also taught me to use a little pomegranate molasses instead of wine, but including a little milk is important for getting the meat to be more tender. My friends also said that the best tomatoes to use are the ones that have been left out overnight to warm up and really develop their sweetness, and also become much easier to crush by hand. This also means that there's no need to add sugar during cooking. I have never gone wrong with their tips! Perfect pasta sauce, every time! 😀

замени мясо на фарш и мы получим обыкновенное болоньезе. ничего нового. если уж проводить параллель. я бы протушил мясо в вине сначала. потом добавлял все тоже самое. получится еще нежнее говядина.

Cook pasta till al dente, then add the pasta to the sauce and allow it to absorb the remaining water. Save one cup of pasta water and add it to the pasta to keep it moist.

Yes. You should add the pasta to the sauce as is shown on the splash page. Pouring the sauce onto cooked (but dry) pasta is no bueno.

You could either reduce it prior to pouring in the Tomatoes and deglaze the pan with it. Try adding 1-1.5 Tablespoons to an equal amount of water and deglaze until it has almost completely evaporated! Or add it into the water and make it 3Cups of liquid. Either method would work

@@easystreetwithjen personally I prefer my sauce totally savoury and would not add either to the mix. However if you’ve got concentrated Balsamic (sounds great) I would actually de glaze it with an inexpensive red wine. Then if you desire a sweeter sauce, add some sugar, starting with 1/2 Tsp. Save the reduced glaze for better stuff! 😋

The only thing I would have done differently is to add the el Dante cooked spaghetti to the sauce and not spooned the sauce on to the spaghetti. The spaghetti will absorb the sauce that way.

Only 10 minutes for cooking pasta? I was thinking of boiling it for about an hour or two. In Italy they told me that that pasta is only good for making glue and, in any case, it is always written on each package of pasta, how many minutes (at most) it must cook. Also in Italy, they would never pour a ton of sauce on plain pasta. In fact I think this is an excellent recipe for going to the emergency room ... horizontally! I'll let my neighbor try it.

Dissolve the little bit of sugar in a quarter cup water first. This will prevent whole b sugar crystals from burning on the bottom of the pan…bad taste….

No chyba coś nie tak drogi kolego nie masz pojęcia jak smakuje prawdziwe bolonese i podstawa to kolejność dodaków Bazylią zabiją smak oregano😢 ponieważ ma bardziej intensywny smak i zapach więc albo jedno albo drugie😢 połączenie tych ziół nadaje potrawie gorzki smak dlatego dodajesz cukru a to oznacza że nie masz bladego pojęcia na czym polega kuchnia włoska Może Ci podpowiem naturalny czysty smak owoców i warzyw ,pieprz,papryka,pomidory,czosnek i zioła to jest podstawą kuchni włoskiej a jeżeli chodzi o mięsko to w większości była używana wieprzowina pozdrawiam mariano italiano

The most important thing is to finish the last minute of cooking with the pasta INSIDE the sauce - not to just add the sauce on top of the spaghetti after plating it.

Per un italiano come me può essere un piatto non delizioso però comunque mangiabile anche se la quantità di sugo è troppo abbondante e la qualità degli spaghetti non è eccezionale consiglio di usare pasta trafilata al bronzo che è più ruvida e raccoglie meglio il sugo e se la tua religione lo permette prima di aggiungere il concentrato di pomodoro metti un mezzo bicchiere di vino rosso e fallo sfumare

No offense intended, but this is just your basic pasta sauce recipe with the addition of pieces of beef. I'm sure it's fine, but again nothing out of the ordinary.

Looks really good. I would add some mushrooms though. I am gluten sensitive and so I use spaghetti squash in place of noodles.

This spaghetti looks amazing! I have a severe onion allergy, so I will be substituting mushrooms and some extra garlic, but I definitely intend to make this. Thank you for the recipe!

@@mars2981 Why can't it be without onion? Who said "onion and no mushrooms"? What control does that person have over my kitchen? When they can take control of my allergies and make me not allergic to onion, THEN they can tell me what I can and can't put in my food. The whole reason I said I would be leaving out the onions is because I'm allergic; even a tiny bit will cause my throat to swell closed and I cannot breathe. The reason I said I will use mushrooms and extra garlic is to give back some of the texture and flavor I will be losing by leaving out the onions. I'm not going to prepare a recipe in a way that will literally kill me just to keep someone online from getting butthurt. You're not even the person who made/posted the video, so what gives you the right to say how I can and can't prepare my food? Go find someone else control because you have no say so in my life.

Since this is similar to ragu style may I suggest adding carrots and mushrooms and adding the juice of dried mushrooms (with the dried mushrooms of course) for added flavor. A splash of wine would elevate the taste even more but then it won’t be halal. But for those who are not Muslim add the wine and let it evaporate before you add the tomato sauce. It will do wonders to an already great recipe.

I think it is better if you avoid to put the sauce on the top of spaghetti. After you boiled the pasta "al dente" you can put it inside the hot sauce and cook together for one minute or two.
