Oops, I guess I should have mentioned to take the seed out when you blend it, but I figured most of you would do that anyway... my bad, but I've never heard of them being toxic... Thanks for watching!

I've had that issue before when using only whole milk for my base. I switched to half milk, half cream and it worked out quite well. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!

A tsp of fresh lemon juice at the end and adding in some of the reserved cooked peaches and allowing the ice cream base to sit covered overnight at least 24 hours would have developed more of a peach flavor. I love peach ice cream and this is what I do to my ice cream. Thanks for the fantastic tutorial.

lol, no specific reason... I just liked the shot of me pouring the cream mixture over the peaches and it isn't the biggest issue as far as the order of incorporation in this specific recipe. hehe! As long as you mix the ingredients thoroughly, then you should be alright. The inner food stylist comes out in me when I film.. Thanks for watching!

he probably took it out off camera. Even though the vitamix can make it disappear, I don't think he'd want the bitter taste of the pit in the ice cream.

oh my god thank you. i was watching in the exact same horror when he was cutting and throwing in the peaches. i really don't think he took the stones out. i mean, i guess it wouldn't taste all too different with it in since he strained it. but the stones might be poisonous in the same sense that uncooked almonds are.

Riaz Murad I know! The best way to cut peaches is to score all the way around, along the natural line of the fruit and then twist and remove the pit.
