This looks like a terrible option for photographers as it seems that you can only access the cameras and lenses if you put the bag down and ideally put it on a clean flat surface to access the gear since it's only accessible from the backside of the backpack. Good luck capturing that decisive moment with something like that. Might work well for landscape photography (in a dry condition since you still need to put the bag down and flip), but that's about it.
