Great content throughout your journey. Love this channel and you inspire me. At 63 I’ve always been a disciplined person and have put in the work as well. It’s just nice to have someone like you to help push on those tough days. I wish you the best on your show. Thanks again!

Yes Nick Bare, Favor Natty! Glad somebody with a job and family, closest to most of us in the real world. Instead of those lucky ones that get paid for just working out and posing. Keep up the great work which inspire us natural weightlifters to continue challenging ourselves. I'm a Police officer that works regular 12 hours shifts and extra duty work, total average 6 working days per week, to support my family but still manage to workout. Seeing your challenges helps me to continue challenging myself. I am 48 years old, been working out for 34 years achieving 1993 National Powerlifting Champion, 1998-2000 Bodybuilding Competitor and in April 15th, 2023 I will be running a Half Marathon as a new challenge thanks to your inspiration of been a Hybrid Athlete. I have always included running 2-3 miles as a partial add on to my weightlifting but always holding back to not interfere with muscle building. But, as you proved is possible to do both, I now push my runnning further and gladly call myself also a HYBRID ATHLETE! Thanks Nick!

Good luck for your contest this Saturday. The information you shared about the difference between running and incline walking and how your body responds is very interesting. I love to run and trying to lose some bodyfat at the same time was good knowledge dealing with stress levels.

The issue wth the running was that he was very clearly over training. When ur this lean and not eating much as well as training both weights and cardio ur overtraining and that can lead to water retention.

Strange to think that way...but true.. I hit the proverbial "Wall" running... best was "Run the Line" @ 1:41:06.37 @ 7.43/m. That amount of time and distance and NOT placing top 5 age division is a heart breaker. Best of luck in your journey!
