She died right after season 5 in 2021 in real life due to cancer i think. ending of that season was about assasination Moesley by peaky blinders but someone betrayed Tommy which caused Aberama gold and tommy's friend from war death. There was no sign of Polly death but as i said she died after season 5 so in final one we were told that not 2 but 3 people died during that day and Polly was included there

The name “peaky blinders” actually comes from how they’d where their caps, the style at that time- tilted to one side, covering an eye. You were blinding your eye with the peak of your cap. I just love Peaky Blinders especially the relationship between Paul and Tom......... when the ‘Wandering Jew’ comes a calling! A couple of years ago I was scrolling down Netflix. Then suddenly I saw the image and the title of the Series. Never heard anyone I knew talk about this, but as soon as I saw it I thought "this has got to be interesting". I put it on and from the very first seconds I was hypnotized. Tommy Shelby on a white horse, walking through a pitchblack and grey neighbourhood. The story, the actors, the atmosphere...amazing. I even told everybody I knew to stop doing what they were doing, drop everything and go sit in front of your screen, because it wouldn't get any better than this.
