I remember this in a tin tray with a hammer 🔨 from when I was little in Geordieland and that was a very long time ago! Nice to see it's not so difficult to make, I might have a go myself. 👍😊 Maybe i should try cinder toffee too. 😉

We used to buy a metal tray of Peanut Brittle and it came with a wee metal hammer too! Great stuff and a well demonstrated recipe. Thanks

Very nice, but your explanation of cashew nuts , you have to shell them. Never seen them for sale in uk.cashew nuts are always out of there shells.
