So, I'm back from about 10 days of being 'away' and am sitting at the breakfast table watching this video. Not fair, Chef Jack, not fair, as I gaze down at my boring cereal when what I really want is this. I'll just have to make one, won't I? Another amazing recipe, I’ll be trying this at the weekend! Just a quick question (apologies if it’s obvious to some), why when making the base is unsalted butter used then salt added? Possibly little bites of rock salt is desired? Thanks

Thank you! Great question! I always use unsalted butter due to the fact that you can control the seasoning exactly to your taste. When it comes to salted butter it’s easy to over-season and not be aware of how much salt you are actually adding. It’s also, for like you said to get those little bursts of saltiness in the base which is incredible.

What editing software do you use or recommend for beginners

I use iMovie still which is the basics of all basics, It’s very easy to use. I’m soon to upgrade to Final Cut Pro which is a professional editing software with so many more features. If you don’t have apple products then I’d go down the adobe premier pro path but that software is extremely overwhelming if you have no experience in editing.
