Man I clicked so fast! I love this channel! I'll try this, however, I'll substitute the peanuts for cashews because I have a peanut allergy. Awesome video as always!

My mouth is watering! I guess I don't watch the channel enough, because this is the first time I've "met" Chad! I've only seen Derek. This recipe looks awesome and my mouth is watering. Also learned some knife skills. Great video!

Always looking for a way to change up pasta we tend to have wholemeal pasta as we are trying to follow a whole-food plant based diet so this looks a good sauce to try.

thank you this is awesome! Me and my sister are trying to make more vegetarian/ vegan food but are having a bit of a hard time because my sister has a gluten allergy and is a very picky eater but with this recipe I can easily use rice noodles :)

I would prefer this in a warm/hot dish. What would I need to do to preserve the integrity of the dish? Would adding some sesame oil to the sauce or chili 🌶 oil be good???

How much difference can you really tell in a dish with lots of flavor between different sweeteners like agave or maple, lime and lemon and different kind of oils like olive oil, sesame oil or rapseed oil? Some of the more special ingredients are way more expensive than their cheaper alternatives and I often ask myself if it's really worth it.

I do think there's a difference in taste and health(sesame and olive oil-totally different in taste and use). That said cost is a valid concern. There are some ways that help. I buy organic bulk citrus and use every part. I grate the rind and sometimes even turn it into a powder. Have you ever tried powdered raspberries to sweeten whipped cream? Unbelievably good. I squeeze out all the juice and freeze it is I need to and I save the seeds to use as a thickener when I make jelly. Of course, there's the time issue it takes, so you have to do what's most fun or important on the list and shrug off the rest.

It makes me so angry with people like you! You have your staff portion the right amount of each ingredient, yet you do not use all of each portioned amount ... insufferably annoying! And I'll bet you throw away what's left rather than saving, or putting it back in the original container ... WASTEFUL!
