Never tried roasted pears in a main dish? Trust us and give it a go - it´s delicious. This recipe has bold middle Eastern ingredients like tahini, harissa and cumin, alongside soft, sweet roast pears and peppers, salty halloumi and crunchy pitta croutons. It’s a great one pan recipe to make on busy days as it doesn’t require much preparation, and the washing up is minimal too.
