Excellent demo of great snares. I have a 14x5 Thai Oak and 14x6.5 Mahka and they are superb drums. They both respond well to different tuning as seen in this video.

The Makha 14"×6.5" would be the pick of a fabulous lot, for me. Sounds beautiful at all the tunings, but so do they all really..

I have the Thai Oak 14x6.5, love it. Low or high it pops. I put a Remo pinstripe on. It got meaner🎉
