I would love to see more of these vehicles out on the road, maybe a pedal Prix car designed for long distance touring, designed to ride long distances and then recline so you can sleep in the pod with plenty of space to store stuff. Could be a great way to travel Australia

Did a bit ten ish years ago, including the 24hour, i likened it to Rollerball with all the on track chaos!!! But the fun factor was off the charts !!

During warmish-hot days cabin temperatures can soar up to around 50 degrees Celsius. The only respite you get limited airducts and your own drinks.

I love hpv racing but on a velodrome is about the most boring way of doing it. The 24hr street event in Maryborough Vic has some absolutely awesome racers in it even though that is high school kids. The primary school aged race is shorter and slower. Maryborough Qld also has a hpv race but at least at 1 stage their hpv's included 2 seaters. The UK also has hpv racing and that includes recumbent bikes and trikes, velomobiles and almost any combination of wheels and a rider.

Never actually raced. Made a trike when son was trying out for his school team and started on a racing trike with plans to race at Bendigo. Never finished it or raced sadly.
