Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey in The Last of Us [Deepfake]

With the recent casting news for the upcoming "The Last of Us" TV series, this just had to be done and Pedro Pascal being such a great actor we need to see how he could look in his upcoming role playing Joel in this new series. I also deepfaked his co-star Bella Ramsey, Lady Mormont in Game of Thrones also former co-star of Pascal, and see what they would look like together before the series comes to fruition. Yeah, I hear Coster-Waldau and "Elliot Page" also as Ellie, but I had to do the actual casting in this one, maybe I'll do a totally fictional version also sometime, and thanks dude!

@@stryderHD Yeah that was years ago, the original popular fan cast! I'm pretty sure Elliot Page had issue with Naughty Dog due to the likeness of Ellie back in the day (originally looked very similar). Age wouldn't work now anyway, Kaitlyn Dever however is perfect age and appearance, the side by sides are crazy. Guess we'll see if confirmed cast will do it justice.

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau He does not have the voice and interpretation of Pedro Pascal, he sees Pascal in Prospect, he is the same as Joel would be, that is why they chose him , This is not a cosplay competition, it's whoever does a better role

Pedro Pascal is like a chameleon in his roles. When you watch him as Oberyn you become lost in the character that you forget that it's an actor playing that character. Liam, the assassin in Nikita, Tovar in The Great Wall, Javier Pena in Narcos, Dave York in Equalizer 2, Din Djarin in The Mandalorian....he becomes different in each and every role he plays. He becomes the character. Someone has already pointed this truth before and it's true. That's why he's good.

Forget the Deepfake and tell me who was the "genius" who casted a girl diagnosed with anorexia nervosa for this role. Are these people at HBO out of their minds? She already had to quit from a TV series for this, admitting she had to focus on her mental health. Anorexia is a chronic and dangerous disease and cannot be taken lightly. I hope she will do well and no health problems appear again in the middle of the shooting, for her own sake.

I think most people’s problem with, mine as well, is that the majority of people all had the same select few actors/actresses in mind or were hoping for some unknowns to fill out the role for years. At any rate I’m sure it will be great. pascal and Ramsey are fantastic but I just don’t see either of them as their respective roles.

@@brandonnumbskull58 I think it's funny that fans thought there ideas of casting would even be considered. People can think Hugh Jackman is a fitting Joel all they want but at the end of the day it's about budget, scheduling, pure interest etc, from both casting and actors. Other fans did not like that Mahershala Ali was offered the role, made public then immediately after they announced it would be Pedro Pascal. That was it's own bit of controversy itself. If you've seen Prospect then you know Pedro Pascal has already played a "Joel like" space role. Pascal has the look and he's a great actor, I'm waiting for this open hearted because at the end of the day no one can replace Troy and Ashley so all I can hope is for the best version someone else can offer. Neil and HBO know we have spent hours upon hours with these characters so casting is a huge decision because it crosses from original fans to tv watchers.
