About troubleshooting that issue: First, make sure to have a means of measuring your system performance on another screen. (Task Manager works fine for Windows.) Possibly just record it as well, and cut it out in editing, so that you can look at the performance in the recording without having to remember to look over when it happens. (Yes, the most likely issue is performance.) I'd also make sure to update your drivers and software. Once you do those two steps, you can get back to me.

do you use voicemeeter? cause i have the exact same iisue with the audio. pc stutters hardly, and then my mic is insanely delayed. i just restart voicemeeter everytime that haapens. and it only happens once per restart. if it happened once, it wont until i restart my pc.

Have you checked your "Event viewer" when the lag happens? Might be a conflict going on, or some bad drivers, and evidence of it should be in Event Viewer somewhere. Most likely logs of it in the system or application filters.

it might just be a shot in the dark but try checking your RAM and/or voltage if you haven't yet; this freeze feels familiar and I remember fixing something similar by readjusting voltage and changing my RAM sticks slots

As a Kog/Morg mid main, I recommend you try out RoA first, Malig second. Counteract his natural squish, tons of heals without sacrificing damage, top tier stuff

super random thought but if I think Kog'Maw should get reworked. If I understand the lore, he kinda just popped outta nowhere with nothing but insatiable hunger and time. Here's my cool idea: Passive 1: Insatiable Hunger Kog'Maw is a melee unit with no mana, only hunger. As his stomach becomes empty, Kog'Maw gains increasing attack speed and movespeed towards enemies. On an empty stomach, Kog'Maw begins to lose HP. His melee attacks restore health and fill his stomach. Passive 2: Icathian Surprise Upon death, Kog'Maw enters his death throes; staying alive until his rapidly deteriorating stomach is empty. Once his stomach is empty, Kog'Maw implodes, dealing true damage to surrounding enemies. Q: Caustic Spittle Passive I: Kog'Maw begins to drool, and his attacks and abilities become acidic, dealing % max HP magic damage over time. Passive II: The spittle has become corrosive, applying stacks of Armor and Magic Resist shred that falls off over time. Passive III: The spittle has become bioluminescent, and will reveal non-stealthed enemies. Passive IV: The spittle gains increased acidity and corrosiveness, and can now affect structures. W: Bio-Arcane Barrage Toggle: Kog'Maw gains massive attack range, but each attack causes hunger. On an empty stomach, such attacks cost increasing amounts of HP E: Void Ooze (costs some hunger) Kog'Maw launches a ball of partially digested biomass that damages all enemies it passes through and leaves a trail which slows anyone who stands on it. about that pc bug try to monitor the cpu, gpu temperature and frequency "clock" if there any sudden peak then drop then it's a hardware issue and u might need to replace that component before it takes you by surprise and stop working at all. or at least take to a maintenance center another thing it might solve the problem that you update your Bios this won't harm but it might fix.

Can someone explain why Malignance is first item on Kog AP? I feel like the ult ability haste is pointless since its on such a short CD so it is just for the pool, that seems to be medicore damage since theyre always moving when you poking with R. Its not like the ult stuns as well so they stuck in the pool.

I still don't understand how AP Kog'maw can be a 'hidden gem'. His Q, W, E, and R all scale harder with AP and all of them are magic damage. AP feels like Kog'maw intended role. Its like saying AD Tristana is a hidden gem.
