This is an excellent video. Exactly what I needed to know and zero fluff. Thank you!

Thanks for the tip! I've only used the original Plasti-dip that required dipping the item into the can. This is fantastic!

Thanks. Can the foam be picked and plucked after spraying with Plastidip? I have a new Pelican casewhere I'll be storing go pro and tactacam gear. If I need to pick out a new spot (after using Plastidip) for a charger or clamp, etc., will I be able to do it without destroying the foam?

I've never needed to but my guess would be that it probably wouldn't work very well - this stuff does a darn good job of holding it all together. Of course, you could just take a stanley knife and hack at it but that might not look too pretty!

@@wileyvisuals5714 Thanks. I’ve ordered some plasti-dip and will keep that in mind.

I wonder if you'd care to comment on your results after all this time... I'm about to p-dip my foam and was thinking it'd be easy enough to make changes if I needed to (though one would need to be careful). Alternatively, I could simply purchase another level of pick and pluck foam and start over...

Hmmm. That second idea would allow for multiple versions of padding for the same case... Interesting.

I'd like to recommend using small paint rollers, ordinary latex paint and microfiber cloth.

On some cases the foam is sturdier to begin with so 2 coats is enough. On cheaper brands the foam is softer so 3-4 coast are needed to get it nice and firm.
