What is a pellet smoker? Can you use normal wood?

Good question! pellets is simply some compressed woods: bit.ly/2MI0t82 They come with different flavors depending on the trees, and this gives a wonderful taste to your meet. You can use some woods but it must be small chips, but these will burn a lot faster than pellets so you will need to have more, and also clean more... Hope this help :)

Good grills, I have to agree with you! but there is just better grills out there, you can connect with Bluetooth or even connect the grill on your internet and manage it from your mobile phone where ever you are in the world!
