I have spondylolysis and have been using the Lumia Wellnes Pelvis Bowl (blue bowl) from Amazon( which is approximately 1/2 the price of the one that is demonstrated in the video) I work in a DO college and one of the OMT instructors said this is perfect for my condition. With my condition, I was feeling a constant dull pain in the sacrum. Doing clock exercises every day with my bowl eliminated my pain. You do a great job explaining it.

I watched your review and decided to try this - it's been amazing, first time use i could tell a difference in the mobility of my hip, within a week I'm feeling noticable changes in the glute, front of the hip and and back and shoulder on my right side.

That is awesome! To provide help to others who may think of trying the Pelvic Clock, do you mind telling us more about what was going on that caused you to try it in the first place?

So glad I found this review because it let me to your channel and I have learned so much from your videos. I’m working with a great specialist where I live, making so much progress and your videos also help me, educated me and encourage me when I’m feeling frustrated about my condition. Wish I could have watched your videos when I was doing CrossFit to be able to prevent my the damage I did to my L5-S1.

well, your intro that it helped your SI joint alignment when stuck gave me the last push to order this device. And it was interesting to hear that the SI issues are directly related to your spondy - that's what I am dealing with as well. Often I can get the SI unstuck with Muscle Energy Technique but I sure would like to have something that helps to keep that area more mobile and avoiding a trip to the chiropractor when it is a stubborn case. Thanks for the review!

I was having SI Joint; issues when I started this Pelvic Clock. I felt that it just lite the SI Joint up and inflamed it. Perhaps the placement of the unit was not right, or the unit was too hard again the SI Joint. I 'm afraid to try it again. When I did these exercises, my Osteopath noticed my hips were less rotated, and said "I don't know what your are doing at home, but continue it." I did put a foam pad over the Pelvic Clock.

Hmmmm...I am wondering if your sacrum (the heart shaped bone at the bottom of your spine) is not in the correct location? You see, the Pelvic Clock is built to have the sacrum rest in the cut out portion. If your sacrum is tilted, that would be more difficult. Please talk to your osteopath about this. Maybe you could even take the Pelvic Clock into your osteopath and get advice directly from them. One other thing you might try is performing the exercises with your knees bent instead of legs straight out. I felt this worked better for my touchy SIJ.

I just ordered one, and I should have it by tomorrow morning. My reason for ordering it is bc I'm desperate. My lower back feels stiff, and I'm hoping to gain some mobility and loosen up in that area. I have an anterior pelvic tilt, so hopefully, I can get a good stretch and go into a deeper posterior tilt than I can lying flat on the floor.

@Physical Therapy for Everybody didn't work out for me, unfortunately. I couldn't justify spending $90 on it, so I sent it back.

That's, not the order. It's legs out 3/4's bent, 3 to 9 x10, then bend knees, 12 to 6 (arch & tuck) 10x, then clockwise 10x, counter clockwise 10, then left leg out on heal, 5 to 9 10x, bring left foot in right leg out on heal, 1 to 5 10x. THEN there is a 4 week workout which you do have to see what makes you better or which exercise's hurt you. It is rather aggressive workout but see what works for you. ( I should have done this video and may still) I had been hurt by a terrible chiropractor in FL and walked around for 3-4 months with my right die sacrum rotated way to far inward. Thank fully I found a great chiropractor (dr. Chris Green in Estero FL.) who is putting it right but it's taking a really long time. (going on 3 weeks in pain) coming out of the pain now but I still can't sit down and put on my tennis shoes comfortably. The Pelvic clock is very good, it isn't magic but IT IS Definitely helping relieve pain But you have to use it a few times a day, and ice 30 minutes after the first few times. You may have "soreness" in the muscles used but, no pain. I also use Kinesio Tape, video by KT Tape by Chris Harper. Very concise directions easy to do. I get the KT tape on amazon cheap there. The tape is MAGICAL, if your taped correctly, it is INSTANT relief. All of his videos on taping are spot on and not a lot of meaningless gibberish. Also this Pelvic Clock is 1$10 more on amazon but I got it the next day compared to their actual website. I was in pain so it was worth it to me and if your in pain, HOW DO YOU NOT TRY THIS?

Does it help tilted hips?
@PT4Everybody
@PT4Everybody Жыл бұрын
That depends on why your hips are tilted. This will help with your ilium (hip bones that you can put your hands on) but I don't know if it would help if your upper leg bone (femur) is tilted. Let us know if you try it and how it works for you!
