Hello zac huge respect and love brother for the info u share. Exhaling should be done through mouth only?? Can we exhale through nose??

Thank you for the kind words! It really depends. If I have someone who is really stiff, I'll coach nasal breathing only and don't make them full. If I'm trying to drive movement in specific areas, you need a bit more air to move, so I'll exhale through the mouth

Hi Zac, i have a client with a narrow ISA and an anterior pelvic tilt. His straight leg raises are very limited. Should i let him tuck? Greetings from Germany!

Hi Zac! I tried the tests that you showed here. My straight leg raise is very limited on both legs (my hams and back of the hips feel tight). Also i tried the rotation. Both internal and external rotations felt very limited. I wish that the tuck (since i find it easy) would be the cure here but i guess not? Help me Zac, what to do? Thanks!!! Greetings from Finland.

What is your suggestion for a left anterior pelvic tilt on the left and posterior tilt on the right.

Depends on ribcage presentation. Narrow or wide? How are you measuring?

Thanks - is it always best to start with an inhale? I was always exhaling first to 'set' the ribcage down cause I feel like I'm breathing from an extended position? Cheers

Quiet in through the nose. I would also be cautious about setting the ribcage down. Most people force this. You want lower and and lower ribs to get "smaller". This vid should clarify - kzbin.info/www/bejne/sJqUlZJ-qZJqmZo&t

Hey Zack I have hip internal rotation and slightly anterior pelvic tilt and tibial external rotation can you please help me out what to do I don’t have any pain tho but it’s very difficult for balancing it all started when I was riding a sport bike
