The herta scene is the first ever scene in the game where a character DIRECTLY ! Straight up ! meets an Aeon face to face. Herta was always cool but her aura right now is +1000000 😂 that's an emenator for you i guess.

Neither has the space station have a hole in the simulation room ceiling. Did she directly address an aeon? Damn right. Was she physically it it's presence? Fuck no. Even Sunday's boss battle final attack, where he toughes the finger of the Order was when he was channeling it's power to an extreme degree, where he could be arguably described as a lesser avatar of the Order.

The quest finally felt like a closesure of Penacony, and I also really love how intimate it felt, it wasnt hugh stakes with a grand villain, it was only the titular characters finally letting go of their past ready for their next stage of their lives

@DawitsLookingforEmilia Well he does canonically have OCD, and whenever he mentions his clothes, it's quite clear just how much discomfort even a small deviation makes. Like his OCD is constantly getting triggered coz his clothes aren't perfect. Makes sense he'd mention it every time, especially given he's talking to himself in that scene.

To be honest I don't think the real Herta is being summoned or even appearing at the space station my interpretation is that she's cutting the mental division that fuels every Herta puppet by focusing them into a singular puppet, and as she put it "so called Magic has its own set of principles" perform a ritual to channel all those puppets individual power into herself but I do think this as she put it so called magic has its risks and if she's recombining her fragmented mind all In one place it probably comes with its risks. We never see the transformation at most we see what can be called a camera cut as if jumping to a different time location or scene? Specifically the first line at the start of the scene is telling us that the Herta is approaching nous but still isn't quite their and so has time. This leads me with 3 interpretations. 1, some type of wormhole technology was being moved into place at the other end to swap a transformed herta as she uses "So called magic" to effectively sequester herself in a sort of pocket dimension where her mind and perspective exists in all her puppets simultaneously instead of the main Body, in this interpretation the jumpcut is the wormhole swap happening and potentially EMPing the station partially. Interpretation 2 the jump cut is a cut in time as Herta travels to the Aeon after becoming the Herts. Interpretation 3, the ritual performed by the Herts dolls is either a source of teleportation or creates a mechanism through which the power can be moved to the Herta from the puppets

I'll be honest, I'm relieved that we're leaving Penacony. Although the story was decent and definitely better than Luofu's, I still think that overall it was pretty meh and with very little substance behind the whole spectacle. I hope that the next planet has a less convoluted story and a better developed cast like Belobog's story and that they ease up on the PoV swapping since at this point it only serves to inflate the length of the stories.
