I don't know what he said. But you have to "practice" what they called "Song". Song generate a combination between relaxation and passive stretching (release), the result is called "Jin". When you have "Jin", next is learn how to "conect". Then what do Adam Mizner is easy. XD. The more complicated part is what "Jin" mean, how it feel. Try to go to a semnary with mizner, liang, etc. or someone that learn with them, it is the most short way to understand. You have to "touch" them to feel. That's the key, to touch Mizner, touch this people. If they don't let you touch, don't waste your money.

I'm sorry but as a tajiquan sifu, I must speak up! Peng is something we maintain! It is structure that give us shape in self defense, the clinch, and grappling. It is both a weapon and a defensive maneuver! It is not something that is gonna cause a person to "float" once hands are touched.

I’d disagree and go with Adam, people float off your Peng instantly when applying any pressure to you, if that doesn’t happen for you, then you don’t understand what Peng is.

Translaton: Adam really did master something, but this method of training may not help others. Other people need not to learn Peng first, but Song. Without Song you can't have Peng.

@@DiscoverTaiji how do your students develop Jin? How does this develop the speed, power, and teqnique needed to make taichi the form of martial Qigong it was made to be? I believe that physical training is needed. The student should also focus on developing a strong root, good body mechanics and how to consistently maintain peng. From this there ability to generate martial Jin will be greatly enhanced
