Portal shouldn't open until season ends maybe week zero everyone basically plays not a couple teams only. Move up season a week at least?

At this point now that he got his education free I might add it’s not about fit for school. It’s about playing football. Bow quit playing in simple. Really good article on yahoo sports about this not being an NCAA but the player. You cover this and no, he didn’t have any very good offers until Penn State offered him. The ones that he did were dumpster fires at the time, including Syracuse and Nebraska. Sacred Heart in Yukon, not withstanding. Penn State did more for him than he did for Penn State and he owed it to his teammates and the university and fans to stick around. Cam Ward got himself placed in the second portal opening. Both could’ve raised his profile by some good snaps in the playoffs and there’s always a need for quarterbacks. People get hurt people move on in this day and age. It’s a constant circle of movement and he would’ve been just fine.fakelin has to pass the eye test with graciousness in light of his continually recruiting efforts of others and he took the high road. Go back to some of the articles where Bo was asked about Drew our coming on after he committed and he said he was perfectly fine with it and welcome the competition. Worst case scenario he has one year at the helm after our moves on the NFL assuming all didn’t get hurt and was able to continue to play his entire senior season. Perhaps he was afraid of competing with Grunk.

Beau had a choice. But making 6 figures at 20 years old to play a game you love while simultaneously being one of the most popular guys on campus with beautiful women throwing themselves at you and having a guaranteed 6 figure job for the rest of your life via the alumni association even if football doesn't work out AND doing right by fans and teammates...that choice just wasn't good enough for him. It was such an "impossible" situation.
