It just shows how college football has changed so much, because for all the heat we give Franklin, if we win the Peach 🍑 Bowl, he would have 11 or more 5 times in his 10 seasons, thats half the time he has been in Happy Valley!!! Although, I am a die hard Nittany Lions 🦁 fan, and I embrace the fact that we demand more and we are a blue blood program and deserve more!!! Thanks 👍 WE ARE

I'm happy to get a bowl against a good SEC opponent (and one of the few P5 teams PSU has never played before). Oregon, for two 3-point losses to Washington, gets the booby prize in Liberty, another G5 upstart that is destined to be brought back to Earth. FSU feels cheated, but without their star QB would have been overmatched in the CFP.

Believe me, Oregon has much more to worry about when they come to the big ten and play real teams that play this thing called defense!!!! Good luck coming to Happy Valley, Big House, and Columbus!!!! That goes for USC and UCLA as well!!! Washington is very good and solid and a big ten type of team anyway!!!! WE ARE

Great bowl matchup and season analysis!! I just don’t know if yet another new OC will fix the deep problem with this PSU team. Just considering the UM game this season; James Franklin torpedoed any chance his team had in that game with his terrible decisions. 1) Not going for it early in the game on 4th and inches with a fresh defense, but then going for it on 4th & 6 with a tired defense. Allar just threw the ball to absolutely nobody, then immediately followed by a UM TD. 2) Goes for 2 pt convo right before HT and sucked the momentum right back out of the struggling offense. 3) Going for 2 pt again in the 4th after the offense wasted the entire second half tiring out the defense. I don’t know who called that trash play but it shouldn’t have even happened to begin with. Those 2x PATs would’ve made it a 7 point game late in the 4th. The 2 pt conversion single handedly sunk any chance PSU had at a come back. The problem is, these type of garbage decisions by JF have plagued Penn State his entire tenure, and he sees absolutely nothing wrong with them.
