Yummy! I used to forage mushrooms in Alaska, several species grew in the damp grassy areas around Birch trees. I would love to go to Italy & ❤your videos!

Thumbs up but can't watch. I don't understand the love of mushrooms, they are amongst the nastiest things I've ever eaten. That baked ziti and zucchini dish from the other day though WOW!!!!!
