It’s definitely a beautiful limestone creek w/ some steep mountain terrain! The wilds were absolutely beautiful, willing to feed, but you definitely gotta be on your A game for these educated Wild Browns!

You are one of my favorite up and coming fly fishing KZbinrs man. Great video. If I could make one comment. Start keeping the stream names silent. I know this one’s well known. And I used to spot burn as well. However my opinions on it have changed quickly as this one and other favorite streams of mine have declined in just a matter of a few years bc of overexposure. Keep the videos coming though bud. Nice work :)

So I’m using size 16 nymphs with slotted bead heads varying in 2.8mm and 3.3mm in a “Walts Worm” and “Frenchies” with a Peacock Ice Dub Collar! Hares Ears and Perdigons were also working! The wilds weren’t picky about the pattern of the flies more so than just making sure your drifts and casts were 100% perfect and spot on.

Just out of curiosity..do they put goldens in that creek?? I don’t remember seeing any the time I was there but it’s been a few years!!
